REFORESTATION 2021 IN MADAGASCAR ISLAND

The Sunni Muslims of Madagascar island have come together in Ambohimanampana village, rural municipality of Manandriana, just 20 km from the capital Antananarivo to plant 7,000 shrubs . Amongst the community’s goals is to unite the Sunni Muslims around the island and to respond to the government’s call to cover Madagascar with green forests,so more than 600 people have participated in this noble movement from different associations, organizations, educational centers and Masajids. This program was honoured by the presence of the Senator Bin ISSOUF Alidy, as well as various civilian and military figures from the Sunni Muslim Community.
